Hello Fam, I’m finally diving in here, learning to navigate etc Have not yet found what I seek right now so a Quick help request please- Help issue: any experience about indorsing a traffic citation basically “REFUSE TO CONTRACT, John Doe A.R.R.” ?? I’ve heard that a citation technically is an offer to contract and we can just say no within 72 hours and it’s done deal but I’m not clear on the specifics - If anyone has experience and knowledge about this I would very much appreciate the input!
