Hey AI Team, How is your April feeling so far? Well, I had a great first quarter. Better than expected I must say. However, I'm always feeling a little behind or the need to get stable/ready. I am constantly trying to plan and get ahead, and at the same time I'm always coming up with new ideas in a landscape of changing technology. Last week I went on a little vacation with the family. I realized, I'll never catch up. My entire job is to fly by the seat of my pants and to hope for the best. If I get comfortable, that means I'm behind. Some of the things I sold last month didn't exist three months ago. So how are we supposed to have set pricing, set offers and services? How are you navigating this predicament of AI services?
