How to improve Aerial form when spiking
Hey guys im ketul im 5,6; I can touch 10 feet. I think I can spike much better than I do right now by improving my aerial form. How do I do that?

Arms, cause As you prepare to jump, a well-timed and forceful arm swing helps propel you upwards, adding extra momentum to your vertical leap. The core muscles, including the abdominals, obliques, and lower back, are central to transferring power from the lower body to the upper body. When you jump, your legs generate force, and your core helps to transfer this energy upwards to your arms and hands.
Intro
Hi I am Devam and my height is 5'11 and I'm 17 with really short vertical height/jump. I have been playing volleyball since past one year and have been through different tournaments as well (i am setter). I have improved a lot in all of the skills except for increase in jump. Im looking forward to jump higher with this program.
