What’s happening everybody, I’m Keshev from Toronto. I was getting colds and flus way too much and couldn’t afford losing so much time. I run a software company that works with a couple hundred hotels and sick days aren’t really a thing. Especially trying to get the business to where I know it can get to. Antonio put me on a strict diet and supplement regime and I’ve been good ever since. I started having more energy, sleeping better, all kinds of things. For the question I’ll ask the group. When I was real tired and wanted a cheat day what kept me going was how my health connected to my overall vision of what I wanted for myself. My question for the group is, what do you think that is for you ?
