I have been mainly focusing on the lending aspect for funding purposes mainly but i have also done some fix N flips in the past as well as a contractor and investor part of it all, Even wholesaled a few. I am new to batch leads i never used Ai to help me track down leads before so this would be a first for me on that side of things. Usually always found more local deals for my area.
