Week 3 Proof Post: Build One Reusable Assistant ✅
Yesterday was about moving from Level 1 to Level 2. Level 1 is a chat. Level 2 is saved context. The task today is simple: Build one reusable assistant, project, gem, notebook, or custom setup for one repeated task. Do not build a whole business system. Do not try to automate everything. Pick one task you already repeat. Post your proof below: 1. Task: 2. Platform: 3. Context added: 4. Test input: 5. Output created: 6. What I fixed after review: 7. Where I need feedback: The important part is number 6. A reusable assistant is not finished because it gives you an answer. It is useful when you review the answer, fix the instructions, and make it easier to reuse next time. Stop pasting the same context every time.

Ok I tried this out but its not perfect. I have not started my business yet, but I´m going to be working on it harder in the coming months, so thought I'd just try out writing a sales letter. This could completely change in the future but for now it seems good. I have done everything you mentioned, except the fix, as Im not sure what I`d need to fix yet. However I do have a question,,,could I ask the AI to check a school's website and use some of that info to my advantage? I would check the info if claims were made. Below is my results... Assistant Instructions You are my New sales assistantYour job is to get new client's for my business that I can review and send. Return:1. Short letter2. Short email3. Short SMS4. Next-step checklist5. Human review checklistStandards:- Be warm and professional.- Keep it simple.- Encourage booking or speaking with the team. Do not:- be pushy- make untrue claims- invent availability- skip the human review checklist Business context:I´m a qualified Primary School Teacher and Bowen therapist and I´m offering a nervous system reset for students in schools. It's a new business and I'm offering pilot programs for schools. The assistant helps me find schools that would be interested in my program for their students. Tone:Warm, calm, professional, careful. Avoid:- guarantees.- imaginary claims Human review rules:- Check no guarantees made- Check the no imaginary claims- Add the correct booking link or phone number manually. TEST new letter to; - Name: Blabla State School - About: a school in a lower socioeconomic area that would potentially have a lot of students that would benefit from my program. Create the response using the project sources. Here’s a warm and professional outreach pack tailored for a lower socioeconomic school context while staying careful and non-pushy. 1. Short Letter Dear Principal and Wellbeing Team, My name is Kerri-Ann, and I am a qualified Primary School Teacher and Bowen Therapist offering a school-based nervous system regulation program for students.

Actually I went ahead and tried out my question & added it into the instructions, so that was my fix. My new criteria was... Check school online information As part of the letter I want you to include some personal details of the school if known and use it to complement the letter, such as;- principal's name- school values- demographics of the school- other important details However, it gave me the correct principals name but the wrong school info (it was actually in regards to the similarly named high school). So I put a fix in those instructions, which was... Check school online information As part of the letter I want you to include some personal details of the school if known and use it to complement the letter, such as;- principal's name- school values- demographics of the school- other important details. You must make sure to only use the exact school name I mention and no similar names and add this to the human checklist. I then got a little information about the school, but not the principal's name or enough of the information I would have liked (such as the school's values). So it's not yet perfect but I'd love some feedback of how I could make that part better.
Save your prompts and templates here 📌
This is where we keep the reusable stuff. Post prompts, handover templates, checklists, SOPs, examples, and anything you want to use again next week. A good prompt is not just a clever question. It usually has: 1. Role 2. Context 3. Task 4. Standard 5. Format If something worked, do not leave it buried in a chat. Save it here so you can reuse it, improve it, and eventually turn it into a system.

Thanks Brendon, I watched it and found it very useful. However I did have one issue and that was that I could not see the screen very well. Half the screen was taken up with people's faces that were on the call, so the rest of the writing on the screen was tiny & I couldnt read it, which made it hard to follow at times. Otherwise, I was able to follow mostly what to do. I think as a replay it was great because I could keep stopping it & rewind when I didnt understand something well enough.
Share your Week 1 homework!
Week 1 is not about trying to master every AI tool. It is about getting clear on where you are right now, and picking ONE thing you want AI to start taking off your plate. Drop your homework below: 1. What level are you currently at? 2. What is one repeated task you do every week? 3. What would “done properly” look like if AI helped you with it? Example: Level: 1 - I use ChatGPT sometimes Task: Writing follow-up emails after calls Done properly: AI drafts the email in my tone, includes the right next steps, and I only have to review it before sending. Keep it simple. The goal this week is not perfection. The goal is to stop guessing and find your first real AI handover.

1. What level are you currently at? I´m right at the beginning. I´m starting a new business soon & have rarely used ChatGPT but I´m starting to see how beneficial it actually is! 2. What is one repeated task you do every week? I´m still new to my businiess, so not much yet but I need help with setting everything up. 3. What would “done properly” look like if AI helped you with it? Um, not sure. I guess for things to be streamlined and professional and work well.
