Week 7 - Masterclass and Classroom are live!
Hello beautiful people! Hope everyone enjoyed the session yesterday! For anyone who could not attend, I have uploaded the Week 7 Masterclass and published the mini-lessons: Masterclass: https://www.skool.com/aiwh/classroom/5f491d98?md=47bec1c4d1d14ffa9eae461020f353ae Classroom: https://www.skool.com/aiwh/classroom/aff7f4c5?md=38e4aa35493c478ea29305d187bd0163 Quick honest note for everyone who was live: You saw the automation not work properly the first time. After the call, I went back through the guide we created, and the issue was a silly setup mistake. Nothing dramatic. I had just moved too quickly and missed one of the checks in my own guide. That is actually the lesson with automation. These workflows can break when one field, URL, setting, or mapping is slightly off. When that happens, the fix is not to panic or rebuild everything. The fix is to slow down, read the guide, follow each step, and find the small place where attention slipped. That is why the Week 7 guide is inside the classroom. Use it properly. Do not guess the setup from memory. This week's task is simple: Create one GPT to n8n to Google Sheets review row using fake test notes. Post your proof when it works: My GPT created: My n8n workflow saved: My review queue is: The human review check is: The next automation step I would add later is: Looking forward to seeing your review queue screenshots and proof posts in the community!

I just finished watching week 7 and it was a little tricky to follow using my own GPT but I got there. I even added an extra field but not sure how successful that was. I found the the client name is being used as my name (to sign the letter off) so there's a small error im not sure how to fix & AI wasnt that helpful. Also, I would love to know how to get the GPT to also research the school's information to help generate the letter (as I've mentioned previously) but I might be trying to jump too far ahead with that right now. So far I think I'm understanding but still so much to learn! I´m finding it very useful to use my own GPT though, as if I was using yours I probably wouldnt be trying to concentrate as much on understanding how to do it using different information. My GPT is far from good though, as I've not had a chance to refine it, but Im just seeing it as a learning experience. Thanks Brendon! And congrats on getting married!!😄
Weekly task: write the workflow in plain English
Week 6 is the review queue week, so the task starts before the automation. A lot of people open the tool too early. I say that with love because I have also opened the tool too early and then stared at a screen like it owes me rent. This week I want you to write the workflow in English first. One sentence is enough. When this happens, use this information, create this draft, and leave it here for review. That sentence does more work than it looks like. Inside it you can see the trigger, the data, the output, and the human check. The blurry part is the real work for this week. Example: When a new lead fills in the form, use their answers and my offer notes, create a first reply draft, and leave it in the review sheet before anything gets sent. That is enough to build from. It is also enough to spot danger before the tool touches a client. Your task today: Repeated task: Workflow sentence: Blurry part: What should stay manual: Post it below. Make it clear first.

Ok I have watched up until week 6 and doing my best to understand it all and remember all the new words! Tomorrow I will hopefully watch week 7 so I can be all up to date before the next session. I have tried to fill in the information relevant to what I have been doing, so here is my homework (I´m not sure if its correct, but im sure I'll find out soon!) Repeated task: Send drafted email to my google sheet (into review queue) so I can review it. Workflow sentence: When I give information about a school, use it to create an email to inform the principal about my programs, use my notes, create a first contact email draft, and leave it in the review sheet before anything gets sent. Blurry part: ?? What should stay manual: the review and sending the email to the school. Proof Template- My workflow starts when: The draft email is created The GPT sends these fields: to the Google sheet The row lands in: Google review sheet at the bottom The human review check is: I review the email for accuracy The next possible automation step would be: sent as an email to the school
Week 4 Proof Post: Package Your Assistant ✅
Yesterday was about turning your Week 3 assistant into something easier to reuse. Week 3 was: can it work once? Week 4 is: can someone else start it correctly? The task today is simple: Package one assistant and test it once. Do not build ten GPTs. Do not jump into Actions yet. Do not try to automate your whole business. Pick one useful assistant and give it: 1. A clear name 2. One repeated job 3. One starter prompt 4. One fake test input 5. One human review point Post your proof in the comments: My assistant: Where I packaged it: What it does: Starter prompt: Fake test input: Pass/fail: Human review point: The proof is not that you made a GPT. The proof is that the assistant is clear enough to reuse.

Thought Id come here to see if anyone did the homework to get ideas, but there's nothing here! I´m just a bit confused as I have input the info I did in week 3, however without being able to test much & refine the parameters more, not sure my package with be that great. Should I just try it out with a little extra info (just as a test)? I´m also not quite sure what to write for the proof. Eg. what do I write for the Fake test input? And am I just putting in the prompts I used for the GPT into the info above? I know you are getting married & might not see this for a while, but I'll do what I can until then!
Week 3 Proof Post: Build One Reusable Assistant ✅
Yesterday was about moving from Level 1 to Level 2. Level 1 is a chat. Level 2 is saved context. The task today is simple: Build one reusable assistant, project, gem, notebook, or custom setup for one repeated task. Do not build a whole business system. Do not try to automate everything. Pick one task you already repeat. Post your proof below: 1. Task: 2. Platform: 3. Context added: 4. Test input: 5. Output created: 6. What I fixed after review: 7. Where I need feedback: The important part is number 6. A reusable assistant is not finished because it gives you an answer. It is useful when you review the answer, fix the instructions, and make it easier to reuse next time. Stop pasting the same context every time.

Actually I went ahead and tried out my question & added it into the instructions, so that was my fix. My new criteria was... Check school online information As part of the letter I want you to include some personal details of the school if known and use it to complement the letter, such as;- principal's name- school values- demographics of the school- other important details However, it gave me the correct principals name but the wrong school info (it was actually in regards to the similarly named high school). So I put a fix in those instructions, which was... Check school online information As part of the letter I want you to include some personal details of the school if known and use it to complement the letter, such as;- principal's name- school values- demographics of the school- other important details. You must make sure to only use the exact school name I mention and no similar names and add this to the human checklist. I then got a little information about the school, but not the principal's name or enough of the information I would have liked (such as the school's values). So it's not yet perfect but I'd love some feedback of how I could make that part better.

@Brendon Domi thanks so much, that is very helpful!
Save your prompts and templates here 📌
This is where we keep the reusable stuff. Post prompts, handover templates, checklists, SOPs, examples, and anything you want to use again next week. A good prompt is not just a clever question. It usually has: 1. Role 2. Context 3. Task 4. Standard 5. Format If something worked, do not leave it buried in a chat. Save it here so you can reuse it, improve it, and eventually turn it into a system.
