What’s up everyone, I’m KJ. Before I tore my ACL, I was in the gym five or six days a week — consistent, locked in, and loving it. But after the injury, I fell out of rhythm. Rebuilt90 for me isn’t just about getting back in shape — it’s about getting my drive back. I’m rebuilding from the ground up, physically and mentally.
