Ironclad insights day "1"
The moment I start to feel hesitant is when I see a scout or someone important in the stands

Love this insight Terry, great to be aware of as you carry through the rest of the modules!
Ironclad Insight Day 2
One belief about confidence that I am ready to let go of is some people are born with confidence. I have thought back to some scenarios where there were people on my team that I was definitely better than, but they seem to have a more confident game. I think that people like this think more about their good moments than their bad ones. And that is a good key take away because instead of the set mindset that I had of bad plays out weighing the weight of good plays i can think the opposite.

Huge one to let go of, because even IF it's true, it being true doesn't serve you or help you become more confident. Excited to see you rebuild your confidence in the next few days here.
Ironclad Insight Day 1
The moment I feel the shift in my game due to a coach, making a comment or saying a lineup is not noticed until after i start playing differently. On the bench i will try a positive nextshift "goldfish memory" mindset however in that next shift I would tence up and make plays i would not usualy make. I believe this is a result in the lingering thought left behind from the coach talking to me in general like what if that happens again? Will i be benched? Will the coach and my teamates see me differently? I think instead of thinking like a goldfish and attempting to forget about it I can think about what I can do better next shift that's in my control. Focusing on things in my control like making sure I know who I'm changing for and my linemates know who they are changing for can be very important. As well as taking mental notes of how long my teammates and the opposing team have been on the ice to get a grasp for the speed and pace at the game is going at and who is controlling that pace. Question for myself: Should I be more open in communication with my teamates specifically my linemates when a situation like this is going on so they support me and bring me up?

Love that take. I've never really bought into 'thinking like a goldfish'. Goldfish don't seem that smart to me.

Where do you want to be physically and mentally, both as an athlete and as a person? EXAMPLE: Hey everyone, stoked to be here! I’m Kenny, I live in BC, Canada, and I build leaders within hockey athletes so their dreams become goals. My hockey career had a persistent theme of being behind. I started at 9, didn’t play rep until 12, and didn’t really take hockey seriously until I was 16. I worked HARD to make junior by 18 where I nearly quit at least once a month. After 3 years of junior, I earned a scholarship and went on to play 5 more years at university. I retired healthy, on my own terms, and still loving the game. I then spent over 3 years trying different careers until I had the courage to listen to my calling and start Prodigy Athletics.
