Is this about debating religious belief?
As an ex xtian I now research what I used to believe and debate at times with xtians, especially in a few top intellectual fb groups. Or is the intention here about discussion with believers?

Because that is where truth and error actually diverge in the real world. Events don't speak for themselves, people do. If you only analyze whether a claim is true or false and ignore how humans interpret and deploy i, you miss half the picture. I'm not trying to protect belief systems. I'm trying to understand how certainty, religious or secular, gets constructed, reinforced, and sometimes abused. That matters whether God exist or not.

@Danny Mallinder I've seen certainty shape real decisions, justify harm, tear apart families, and shut down honest inquiry. I'm interested in how people arrive at certainty and what it does once it's there. Because beliefs don't stay theoretical.
