Question: I am a WA resident and am registered for the program with that ID. If I buy a non resident license for Oregon so I can launch/fish/turn in catch on the OR side to I need a separate registration for OR or can I get paid on vouchers issued in OR under my WA registration?

Brian Cole's story is worth sharing. He went from being an inexperienced angler, not having fished in years, to nearly making the top 20 list under my guidance. This accomplishment is noteworthy given that he didn't fish the entire season and did so without a boat. His bank-fishing performance suggests he would have had a strong chance of making the top 20 with boat access.
