Take a Minute to Breathe!💚💚💚
I'm not sure if anyone has been feeling a sense of overwhelming goodness in either their flows or their certainty in routine or the next chapter in their stories they're about to embark on (I'm assuming this has to do with some astrological placements but another area I don't want to speak too freely on yet) but even abundance can be overwhelming even if it's not necessarily challenging...which, low key, is a challenge in itself. To explain, I have been feeling optimistic about events happening in the future, but I can't quite put my finger on it yet. I don't know if it's me possibly getting my first client, I don't know if it's a career move that I'm subconsciously making, I don't know if it's because I was able to get my feet situated with where I will relocate to after getting evicted by a family member...but something in the energy feels like there's going to be benevolent blessings for everyone who are truly putting their best heart forward. But it's also gotten to a point to me to where it's overwhelming. Putting my best heart forward recently has had me feeling like I was making decisions that I wouldn't normally make. I feel like I've been transforming into this more entrepreneurial mindset but still trying to calculate and "feel" my values. There's still so much mental framework that I'm trying to work around. I made a post earlier about my numeric value for my services, but I kinda have a hard time putting a monetary value on myself... Does anyone else have this kind of feeling or has had this show up in their lives as of recent? I know there was a solar eclipse yesterday and I don't know if anyone here has had a way of certain energies that has just made people feel aligned. 😅😅😅 If anyone does feel like this, I would like to tell you that you're not alone. I also would like to invite you to stop and check in with yourself by taking a few deep breaths and just see how your body, mind, emotions, and spirit are right this minute. 😊😊😊 As much as we want to be productive, we want to ensure that we are always taking a self-inventory of ourselves throughout our day. If you are feeling tense and you need to loosen up, breathe your way to that tension and find a way to work it out; if you are writing something and you keep coming to a block, pause and breathe and see what you can do with your mind to bring back to focus; if you are trying to get to a physical flow state with some exercise, breathe your movement and rhythm to find the best way to fluid yourself. Though I'm not certified to speak on it for others, I've tried several different breathing exercises for myself just to see how it would make me feel. I breathe for meditation, but I breathe differently for different meditations. I breathe for exercises, but I also breathe differently depending on either the music that is loudly playing or the rhythm that I'm listening to in my head. I breathe for times I feel anxiety and I'm trying to stay still, but I breathe differently depending on if I decide to verbally or physically express my anxiety.
