Who is better familiar with Notebook LM?
So in trying to put content together to really start putting my Street Therapy about page together, I'm realizing that I actually do have a great deal of content that I have already developed. Most of the work I have done is through the means of the Google Workspace apps and a great deal of it is in Notebook LM. I am planning to use it a little bit better and with such, I would like to transfer some of my works onto my about page. AI is such a general thing for me anymore...either in discussion or in utilization...so at this point, I would just like to inquire if anyone has any great tips or tricks they'd like to share and/or direct me towards either a community, some relatively efficient courses you'd think be helpful, or just some dumpster place of relating information ๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜…, that would be so wonderful! Please and advanced thanx and I hope you're having the best day! ๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ’š

What Does Your Study Mode Look Like?
I have a really strong curiosity about something...and I know I'm not alone in this, but I want to get a taste of everyone's flavor when it comes to this: I'm going to set a tone for you. As I write this post, I'm currently sitting at nightstand posing as a makeshift desk at the moment. This sits in front of a window that over looks the front yard, the neighborhood street, the neighbors' houses across the street and whatnot. The weather right now is nice and sunny, but kind of chilly. In short, it's a nice view to look up from when I take my eyes away from the laptop in times of deep thinking. Next to my laptop, I have a tablet with music controls playing some really chill Lofi music as well a rather fantasized cyberpunk city scape display (thank you LofiZen on YouTube) that occupies the tablet screen. I've got a selfie-tripod next to the nightstand desk for when I make video content and I'm shortly after I publish this post, I'm probably gonna go grab another cup of coffee and take a couple more puffs of a preroll I bought yesterday morning. ๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜… I'm also in my blue "wizard" house coat and a pair of pajama pants. My curly nappy hair is ablaze in the most bedhead way possible and my face hair is absolutely no better as it looks like black and grey plants just fighting to grow chaos out of my jawline, chin, upper, and lower lips. (Trust that I am in some hot mess glory right now. ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ) But though this isn't always how I conduct my work/study sessions, they do run something along the lines of this. Sometimes I don't always have music playing, there are times I like it quiet. Other times, I may not always be sitting at my nightstand so much as I'll actually be outside on my phone making posts or reading digital books the same way I do on my laptop (if I don't bring the laptop itself outside). I don't necessarily have one definite way in which I have my study environment, but when that time when I actually want to get a block of focus work in, I want to be sure I'm in a space where I can truly lock in and get to the work that needs to be done. ๐Ÿ’ฏ๐Ÿ’ฏ๐Ÿ’ฏ

Daily Vibe for 4/27/26
My life is so crazy. Even though I just finished recording this hours ago, I didn't realize how crazy things change so quickly in benevolent favors. Meaning, I found another older phone I had, that's currently useful though slightly outdated, which gives me easier capabilities to make videos until I can clear my active phone... ๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽŠ๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ™ Okay, enough celebrating...just to make this quick point: When making changes, trust them if you feel they are for the benevolence in your world... Benevolence for you as well as those surrounding you in your life. The world needs the best of you and if you have to make changes for that to be, fear not the transformation. It's how we evolve for better! ๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ’š https://linktr.ee/streettherapy

Daily Vibe for 4/26/26
Under normal circumstances, I would've added the video I made directly to this post, but being that this is the first post I've done for awhile, I decided to go ahead and reveal a process that I normally do. In most cases when I make these Daily Vibe videos, I make them through the CapCut and post them directly to TikTok...which then produces a video on my phone with the added music that I obtain from TikTok and those videos I would directly post here on Skool... but I bring this up to mention that now that I'm back to making these again after a small couple week of hermitization from them, I'm going to just post a link to the video itself and give those who would like to an option to visit my TikTok page and see some of the other daily vibes I've done throughout the past couple of years or so (as well as some of the other jokey things I've done on TikTok, but later thing for later date and time ๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜…). I say that I had been gone for maybe a week in this video, but it's been longer than that, I'm pretty sure. But for the most part and upon my return to doing these again, I painted the picture above to bring this announcement to the forefront. I am working with a group of gentlemen in a fitness program that myself and a couple of guys from our League of Spiritual Gentlemen community have produced and we have a purpose of just helping us not just get in physical shape, but see how this effects on our emotional and psychological states as well. If I may, some of the reason why I haven't been tending to my daily vibes like I normally have is because there have been situations surrounding my health that I have been putting a great deal of my attention to. This fitness program is part of what my attention has gone to and with this now about to launch, I may be able to make this part of my daily vibes throughout the month of May. The streets of my own life have been a little crazy, but I'm traveling and navigating them the best I can and, quite honestly, with fundamental gratitude. As you navigate your streets today (and everyday), hopefully you are doing the same. I'm gonna end this here, but make the best of your day and know that there is nothing but love coming from your street therapist... ...so make sure you are loving yourself the best you can, so I can for you as well. ๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ’š
Growth Identity
As one who works in the self-transformation space, one type of transformation that many go through is that of recovery from addiction. Many of us go through very different stages of addiction just like many of us go through very different stages of recovery, but one thing about going to recovery meetings (as much as they work) over some time is that I couldn't call myself an addict...because to me, it would feel like a disposition of perpetual wanting to use. And after enough life experiences from my own personal relapses, it would seem that the one way that worked for me to get over my addiction was to drop the identity of being an addict. Your identity has such an effect on the actions that you do, the way you think about yourself, and the way that you think of the world even. Understandably so that if you do get caught up in a habit that takes away your quality of life, yes, you're caught up in an addiction. And maybe for a good portion of time, this may be a chapter in your story in which you are an addict based on this...but the identity of an addict shouldn't be one that's permanent. In the video below, a colleague of mine @Dave O'dwyer puts into the perspective of the evolving of an identity...and dare I say even the repurposing of yourself through your identity. Other take aways I received from this was that...as far as I'm concerned, the only identity that you should have is one of a growth identity. Always growing. Always evolving. As you navigate the streets of your life, keep yourself open to growing and keep yourself open to possibilities that can change and shape your growth identity! ๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ’š https://www.skool.com/league-of-spiritual-gentlemen-9264/can-you-outgrow-the-alcoholic-identity?p=388ae4e4
