Hernia surgery
Tony, I'll be having hernia surgery this weekend. I'm sure others may find this information useful. What would you recommend, other than proper rest, for recovery of this nature?

Bpc 157! Just had double hernia surgery and a tumor removed. Started bpc and it was fucking magic

If you want to feel it faster inject is way to go. I use capsules for gut health on top of the recovery
