I created this community because I believe AI should become more useful to people without taking authority away from them. My background is in systems engineering, security, and working with complex technology, but over the last couple of years I’ve been focused heavily on a different question: How do we help ordinary people actually shape AI around the way they think, work, learn, and make decisions? It could be: - A preference you want to keep testing - A repeated correction you want to reduce - A boundary you want to make clearer - A different way you want to approach AI - Something you now recognize that you did not notice before Share one change you plan to make in the comments. You just tested one working preference and compared what happened before and after. Now think about the result. What preference did you test? And what did you decide? KEEP The preference improved the experience enough that you would use it again. REVISE The preference seems useful, but you would change how you expressed it. DISCARD The preference did not improve the experience enough to keep using it. Share your preference and your Keep, Revise, or Discard decision in the comments. If you'd like, briefly tell us what changed when you gave AI clearer direction. Remember: a different response is not automatically a better response. You decide whether the change was useful.
