It's time to take control of my health. It is time for me to take direct action. My energy is strong enough to meet my challenges today. I have had enough of waiting. I am ready to start living again. I am prepared to change. I am ready for an empowered lifestyle. I am ready to heal my mind, body, and spirit. I am prepared to live a vibrant and active lifestyle and return my body to its optimal health. I am ready to learn how to love myself in powerful ways. I am prepared to begin living a healthier, happier, and more productive lifestyle. I am taking control of my life. I refuse to allow the fear of change to stop me. I know that I can overcome any obstacles and succeed. My body has been through so much. I am determined to restore it to total health. I am going to focus on healing my physical body first. I can nourish my body with healthier foods, more water, and juices. I can exercise daily and build a healthy sleep routine now. These are small steps, but over time, they lead to significant progress. Every day, I become more balanced in my body and mind, and each day brings me closer to enlightenment. Each day, I am moving further along my path. Today, I am committed to taking action toward my wellness goals. I am moving toward my ideal self. Self-Reflection Questions: 1.
