My RS is starting NAD+ buffered. How much do I use of the BAC water for a 250mg vial. Should I start slow like 10 units or more?

I'm considering switching back because I've been on Reta for about 6 months now and I haven't seen any results. No weight loss and my blood sugars are still high. Has anyone switched back before? Any suggestions. I'm on 8mg of reta now and I was on 12.5mg of tirz when I switch. Thanks for the help
