Try the Turno app as a starting point. You will get a dozen or more bids to clean and then you can interview them. Suggest you engage several as your cleaning team that you can then selectively rotate if needed (some bids will be from an individual vs representing their company). That way you can control their total hours since you don’t want any one individual to end up having more hours of material participation than you on the STR. Some are also certified for light handyman duties and charge around $30/hr which seems very reasonable. Our property is NC mountains near Franklin and we received 13 bids and kept 3 for a rotation.

One other STR in Mexico, which I do not believe counts for STR Loophole unless the hours I spend on Material Participating in managing that property counts.
