The Cothera™ Communication Lab
Hi! This is my Skool community. Thanks for checking it out and I hope you may join. This is from the ABOUT page: Are you having the same argument over and over with your partner? Thought about separating or getting divorced? Should you stay or should you go???? This is a FREE community to help you have healthy conflicts and start connecting, even if the other person is not yet ready. Blending therapy-informed tools with coaching. (COaching + THERApy = Cothera™) I am a Registered Social Worker, and I specialize in grounded communication strategies and support. (This is coaching, not therapy)

Welcome to The Social Work Circle 🎉
We’re glad you’re here. We are social workers, with experience across domestic violence, working with children and families, disability, and social work education. Like many of you, our work has been shaped by complex systems, ethical tension, and the realities of frontline and community-based practice. We created The Social Work Circle because we saw a need for a space that supports learning, reflection, and connection outside of performance, productivity, or institutional expectations. A space where social workers and community practitioners can think together, learn from experience, and stay connected to the values that brought us into this work. Our hope is that this community becomes a place to: - share practice-based learning - explore questions that don’t have easy answers - learn alongside peers across roles and settings - stay grounded while navigating challenging systems We’re looking forward to learning with you and shaping this space together over time. We invite you to introduce yourself by sharing: - Where you’re joining from - Your area of practice or field - What drew you to this community - What you hope to gain from being here We also welcome your ideas about what you’d like this space to offer.

☕ Coffee, Lunch & Learn, Chat Meet-Up:
I’m planning an informal Coffee Chat or Lunch & Learn toward the end of the month, and I’d love for you to be part of it. This will be a relaxed, come-as-you-are space. No presentations. No pressure. Just conversation and connection. Nothing is fixed yet. This space is shaped by what you want to talk about. Is there something you’d like us to chat about? Please drop your ideas or suggestions in the chat. Even a single word or question is welcome. More details on the date coming soon. I’m really looking forward to connecting with you.

Break cycles of conflict/disconnection to build calmer, more loving communication with your partner, even if the partner isn’t “doing the work” yet.
