Last night I was honored to help UT staff revamp their plans for their project management course. They stopped offering it but now will start it back up in the spring. This is a great opportunity if you like in person training. The format will be different than I currently offer online in my live virtual class. The UT class will most likely be 2 different cohorts- Fridays for one cohort and Tue/Thu for the other. I'll be one of 3 instructors in that course. 30 million more project managers are needed in the next 10 years. Whether you get it online with me or in person at UT, you've got a wide-open career field waiting for you.

I started including PMBOK 6th edition into some of the practice questions. The 6th edition is good when used in conjunction with the 7th edition for preparing for the PMP Exam. The 8th edition brings everything back together and will be great for when they update the exam this summer.

Remember the exam is built off of the ECO. That is your foundational document to know what to study. The PMBOK 7th edition will continue to be taught until April 2026.
