@Riley Hextell got some one that wants to tour a property next week - does it matter if the listing agent is there? Also, do you typically ask for how much they make and their income before you tour?

Hey @Riley Hextell - not sure if I missed it in one of your videos but when approaching landlords to work with, what does the start of that convo typically look like and are there certain criteria you're looking at when searching for landlords (DOM, type of property, etc.)? Thanks
