@Mike F Bauer Thank you for sharing your wisdom and insight! I feel very grateful for your support. Our current clients are all in the internet marketing/coaching space. I'd like to break out of that into more SME-dium (lol) businesses. For example, I had a national digital mktg agency that is still pretty small, but was able to hire a National Acct Manager for $15k for them, rather than $6k in the coaching space. Would love to break into solar/roofing/ etc, but would prefer to keep placing remote roles. Definitely not opposed to placing for local roles though if it paid well enough. Hmm ok Ill have to come back and think through this. The CRM companies is a good angle. The sales training companies Ive connected with offer their own recruiting/placement services as well.
