I didn't for the first weekend in a long time. No classes for me, but it's so hot outside that I 100% did not mind. Your rolls get better looking every time I see them, so keep up the good work. A lot of it is repetition. The more you do it, the better you get at it. Love to see your pics & hope we get to expand on your skillset soon!

Rice help
@Kelly Viall I just bought a new rice cooker (Aroma Professional 4QT). The minimum water mark is 2, how can I make the best sushi rice with it? My rice has been a bit weird 😂
