I’d love to know what my gifts and talents are and to be able to help others through them while also making a living!
MY GIFT MAP RESULTS ! 💐
“communication and counseling” is my common denominator! What’s still unclear to me about my gift is where to find more of my audience outside of my social media family I’ve already fostered!

Could you have a class in person? Maybe you could hang up flyers around your town, advertising the class to the public.
THE FREQUENCY OF JOY
Throughout trials, stress, & navigating this experience called life, we have forgotten what “JOY” feels like or even what brings joy to our souls! The frequency of joy is unfamiliar to us, so much so that when you begin to feel TRUE joy again, it might even give you a feeling of uncertainty or a feeling that you need to look over your shoulder. Make a practice out of building tolerance for JOY in your days! -Create moments of pause (stillness) -Appreciate your temple ( Your breath, Your ability to move, to create , to be ) -Meditate on your wins for the day -Welcome your nervous system into a space where you can cultivate feelings of happiness, gratitude and Joy. -Choose not to think on anything lowering your vibration or dimming your light! Joy is your birthright you can access at any moment, this frequency becomes a tool to live on and feed your spirit with! Give yourself permission to light up your day! You are happening to your environment not the other way around! Share something that brings you a spark of joy on the inside! 👀📝 For me , I enjoy slow mornings, a cup of coffee and space to express myself creatively! This lights me up and allows me to start my day with a high frequency and I get to go into my day feeling this powerful force known as Joy!

Your Lack Is A Product Of Your Perception
One of the things I’ve been focusing on is a lack of money. I work full time, but we still live paycheck to paycheck. I find myself stressing over money frequently and how I’m going to pay certain bills. I’ve realized that we already have the money to pay our bills. Yah has provided everything we need. Other things, like cable, WiFi, etc aren’t needs, so why do I stress about them? Another area of lack that I focus on is lack of joy. I’ve felt this way for so long and I don’t know what true joy feels like. But I know that the Holy Spirit lives inside of me so with Him, I can have joy. With Him, I have everything I need. And thank you for talking about The Observing Effect and the Reticular Activating System. I’m going to research these!

@Chapatz Israel You mentioned worry being a frequency. Can you please do a video on frequencies?
Bible verse about anger
I was reading in Proverbs and noticed this verse…. “For the churning of milk produces butter, And pressing the nose brings forth blood; So the churning of anger produces strife.” Proverbs‬ ‭30‬:‭33‬ ‭ When we have a repeating cycle of anger in our thoughts and feelings, it produces strife in the external. We keep churning it over and over inside of us, and it comes out in our words and actions.
