Footwork Fundamentals - Option C!
When the ball gets behind you, it’s not your hands that are late— it’s your feet. In this video, I show: • Why taking the ball behind you creates panic • How using an anchor foot + pivot buys you time • How better foot awareness leads to calmer decisions at the net (A more detailed video will be available in the classroom shortly!) You don’t need a full overhaul. Just start noticing your feet. That awareness alone changes everything. 👣 Watch → apply → repeat

Quick check-in before your next game 👀
When you miss a shot, what do you usually think first? A) “I need to practice more” B) “I rushed that” C) “I wasn’t in the right spot” D) “I don’t know what to focus on” Drop A, B, C, or D below ⬇️ (I’ll break this down in an upcoming post.)

January Challenge!
Hi pickleball ladies! I have a challenge for you… Identify your two go- to patterns at the kitchen line? … “what do you mean?” Well… We all agree that we need to get to the kitchen line to increase your chances of winning the point. Once we get there - how are you going to EARN a pop up in order to win the point? An example pattern is dink two wide to open up the court and then try and hit inside foot. (Can we done on either forehand or backhand side). Let’s work on strengthening these patterns in the month of January. If you already have your patterns then how can we make them better?! I would love to hear them and we can hold each other accountable and get better this January! Happy 2026 ☺️

Cool! My go-to patterns are usually two outside foot, one inside foot, or two inside foot, then one outside foot. I like keeping the opponents on their toes, but if I can tell they are weaker at one of the two, say their inside foot, I like picking on that until they miss or pop it up.

Hi, my name is Kelly. I’ve been playing pickleball for about 1 year. The one thing that I’d most like to improve right now is positioning. 😀
