Hey Alayna! In the arm pattern drill - looking good. I’d like to see your belly button STAY on the right antenna as you OPEN your chest MORE to the right sideline. Get them separated! With your swing - 1st thing I want you to change is your last 2 steps - they are facing the net. Turn BOTH your right and left foot to face you the Left sideline. Your CHEST should be facing your tosser (left sideline) not the net. You can upload your swing for full swing analysis to the Google folder inside of the program. I’ll show you.
