Welcome to the first few weeks of The Rehab Project Skool. As we build up this community I'd love it if we can share with each other our ACL rehab stories. How did it happen? What graft site? What struggles are you currently dealing with? As you all know, rehab can be a huge mental struggle and having a community can help elevate stress and be a great sounding board for patients.

What's one thing you'd like to learn more about regarding ACL Rehab??

@Ryder Plante a lot is going to depend on how symptomatic you are. Ultimately the goal is to get you to improve quad strength as much as possible before surgery. We just need to do that in a pain free manor. If you can do heel elevated squats and step downs without pain/instability, great! Go for it and do it with high reps to drive a quad pump. But if you can't. Try something like an isometric wall sit, paused split squat or maybe even reverse sled pulls. These would be less aggressive in the stability aspect but can still drive the quad pump we ultimately want.
