Reta update
The last week has been interesting. I planned to eat super healthy while using the Reta/CJC blend on top of my TRT. It started out great, felt great, cut fat quick, but last week I was really drained. I've been working on a massive project, 18hrs a day in front of the computer most days, waking up in the middle of the night with an idea and working a few hours etc. So the mental drain has taken its toll. My buddy sent me a really good youtube video by a Dr talking about men on TRT and Reta, and how important it is to eat carbs. I was trying to stay on a low carb diet, but he explained how the combo of TRT and Reta means that is a bad idea, the body needs glucose more so in that scenario than it would otherwise. I increased my carb intake significantly and the results have been great! Im looking much leaner and my energy is back! I'll do a weigh in and update you guys on progress soon! Carbs aren't always the enemy.

I read that today about Reta and I'm thinking I might be in the same boat. I still eat carbs but in limited quantity and it's hard to tell yourself to eat more! I've felt exhausted and completely drained. The scale also went up instead of down and I've been craving cookies, chocolate, and donuts which hasn't been an issue for like 2yrs.

@Brian Duclos @Timothy Clark glad to know I'm not alone! 😆😂
Responder vs Non-Responder
Some people respond fast. Others barely notice anything. Do you consider yourself a strong responder, weak responder, or somewhere in the middle? What makes you think that? And does route of administration change your response?

I'm somewhere in the middle I believe. I have such a strong immune system despite being on an immunosupressant. I'm also a redhead and we tend to be more tolerate of EVERYTHING so I usually need higher doses of things before I start responding. My body becomes immune to things very quickly as well.
Most People Misjudge This by 2–3x
Most people think they know how much product they’re actually using. Reality: They’re guessing. If you had to answer right now: - Do you know your weekly total mg? - Or do you only know “X mg per dose”? Be honest — guessing costs people money and results. 👇 Comment: - “I track weekly totals” - or “I’ve never calculated it”

I know my exact dose. I change it up frequently based on how I how feel. I have to laugh at people when I ask how much they take ot something and they're like IDK 🤷🏼‍♀️ but I think 23? 23 what?? That's the amount I draw up. 🤦‍♀️

@Antonio Acosta I'm in Texas. I've done remote complex case management for the last 9 years for a managed care organization. Prior to that I worked at the hospital in the CVICU and then I was DON for 2 SNF facilities.

@Antonio Acosta you're awesome!! I don't have any desire to go back to school, but I've always thought about CRNA. Maybe one day. 🤷🏼‍♀️
Continuous Low-Dose vs Cycled Peptide Use
Debate time 👇 Some swear by: - Low-dose, long-term use Others prefer: - Structured cycles with time off Sleep, recovery, body comp, tolerance… all fair game.

I've done both over 4yrs for various reasons such as stalls, decreased appetite suppression, illness, nausea, sulpher burps, fatigue, and testing other peptides in combination.
