I know most of our loan products for real estate is for commercial. I have a client seeking a construction loan as they want to buy land ($145k+) and build a home ($600K+) totaling over $800K+ factoring land development. Is there a product on the BLB platform I can offer? I have another platform I can join just want to know if we have something being that I am already a part of this.

I have an investor that bought a triplex that he is fixing to flipping. After purchasing the property outright he has no capital. He needs the capital to finish renovating so that we can get it on the market. He has some experience flipping. He brother is his licensed contractor who I also have experience working with.
