“I’m burnt out” is something I’ve never said. But how have I avoided burnout for the past 3 years? By working with purpose. Every time I felt tired, I remembered these things. - Why am I doing this - The fact that quitting isn’t an option - What my future will look like in a year or 2 My “whys” are so strong that the “hows” happen on their own. Find your whys and let them drive you into your success.
