Happy SONday!
I read this on the YouVersion app this morning and it touched my soul so I immediately thought I have to post this in Her!!! May it encourage you .... Made for This Do you realize that you were purposefully, lovingly, and carefully designed by God? King David said it like this: “For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in my mother's womb. I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well.” ‭‭Psalm‬ ‭139‬:‭13‬-‭14‬ ‭ESV‬‬ Your eyes, brain, heart, muscles, organs, nerves, fingernails, eyelashes, and smile. Not only are you wonderfully complex, but you were also planned before life as we know it existed by your Heavenly Father. Even as you read these words, your body is doing some incredible things—without your conscious consent. Your fingers are scrolling, your eyes are capturing, your brain is processing … All the while, your heart is pumping blood, your lungs are managing breath, your eyelids are blinking away dryness, your glands are producing saliva, your blood cells are multiplying by the second, your brain is directing your body while simultaneously storing memory—and so much more. David also points out in other portions of Psalm 139 that God knows everything about us, His presence is inescapable, and He thinks about us so much that such thoughts cannot be numbered. The point? You have been uniquely and intentionally created by God—to love Him and the people around you, to know Him and to make Him known. So, be encouraged. You were made for this.

Wisdom Wednesday
Good morning ladies, Remember, your mind is like a garden... Whatever you plant and water will grow. Make sure you're nourishing the right thoughts. Here are a few... •For Strength & Courage: "But those who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength, they shall mount up with wings like eagles..." — Isaiah 40:31 •For Inner Worth: "She is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh at the days to come." — Proverbs 31:25 •For Confidence: "I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made..." — Psalm 139:14 •For Peace: "God is within her, she will not fall; God will help her at break of day." — Psalm 46:5 •For Purpose: "For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works..." — Ephesians 2:10 •For Empowerment: "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." — Philippians 4:13 •For Reassurance: "For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." — Jeremiah 29:11

@Maria Freund you are welcome. You're made in the image of God, be more aware of the oil you carry.
Thankful Thursday
In Psalm 56, David provides a practical strategy for fighting fear with truth: "When I am afraid, I put my trust in you. In God, whose word I praise—in God I trust and am not afraid. What can mere mortals do to me?" (Psalm 56:3-4 NIV) Notice the way David prepares in advance for an experience that triggers his worst fears. "When I am afraid" – David doesn't pretend fear doesn't exist. "I put my trust in you" – he makes a conscious choice about where to place his confidence. Fear is not the enemy, nor can it be avoided. Trusting fear instead of God is the enemy. When fear comes knocking at your heart’s door, what will you do? Pursuing a healthier future involves the decisions and commitments we make before the challenge catches us off guard.

Happy SONday 🌞
Happy SONday Queens, On this day, the Lord's day of worship, prayer, praise and assembling with others, I would like you to reflect. What are some things you need to let go of? What are some things you need to press into more? Sit with those thoughts for a while and talk to God about some steps you can take to achieve these goals. You will be stronger, wiser, aquire more understanding, peace, joy, and enjoy sittingin His presence more often because the answers will come and they will work for you. My prayer is that His love may abound more and more in you, and the knowledge and depth of insight He gives you. In Jesus name I pray with thanksgiving, Amen.

Thankful Thursday
Hey ladies, today we want to tell our Savior what we're thankful for... I'm thankful for losing access to someone that was not capable of carrying me! Think about it, you're doing everything right, praying, fasting, waiting, staying pure, working on yourself, healing, serving, becoming the woman they are praying for... and yet you're still alone! They always seem to choose someone else who's less disciplined, less patient, someone who didn't wait and seems less ready. That kind of rejection hasn't just hurt your heart, it messes with your identity. Then the dangerous questions begin to surface...Am I too much? Too strong? Too independent? Have I wasted my time doing it God's way? NOPE!!! The raw truth is being good doesn't guarantee being chosen by someone who is not aligned. There are times when you are not rejected because you lack something, but because of what you require. Like depth, consistency, growth, accountability, and not every man can handle that. A healed woman feels intimidating to a man who is still negotiating his own discipline. If he chooses easier, less accountability, and someone who requires less growth that's information for you to analyze. Stop translating his choices into your value. You're not too strong. You're not too serious. You're not too deep. You're not too independent. You're just not for everyone! Not being chosen saved you from something you can't yet see. You are not behind, you are being preserved, and that is not a flaw it's filtration. You are not here to be generally accepted and you do not need universal approval. What you need is to be specifically aligned with intentional partnership. Allow those who can not handle your depth to walk away. Remember, the greatest blessing is not who chooses you, but the greatest blessing may be who does not! So Queens ask yourself honestly, Did I really lose, or was access hindered from someone/something that was not capable of carrying me?
