Meditation completed earlier on Wednesday
I completed the meditation yesterday earlier in the day, but then got busy with work and the same stressful shit. I was dealing with last week weird it’s ugly again. Needless to say I did not do any visibility today. I had filmed a couple things to post for today, but after this shit hit the fan again I just wasn’t feeling it. I hope everyone else had a better day than I did.❤️

Oh @Heather Mullen this sounds horrible, I hope you're ok. Good trying to remind yourself of that phrase, it will pass. Also, Scorpio power, I know you can transform your way through and out the other side 👍

Day 18 meditation
I did ego eradicator, spinal twists, fists of anger, aura sweeps before starting the meditation. I have a lot of overwhelm and stress going on in life and personal things, and then very busy. I felt so hot after it today but I also ran and did sprints before I meditated haha so not sure it was all that too

Sprints!! Well done 👍 I'm contemplating a run in the next few days but also really need a massage, might have that as a reward to trick myself to do it! Hope you feel better in general soon!
