Post 1 Win You Had Today
Wins don’t have to be huge. Discipline is built through small victories that compound over time. Maybe you: • showed up to the gym when you didn’t feel like it • chose whole foods instead of junk food • went for a walk instead of scrolling • woke up earlier than usual • kept a promise you made to yourself Drop one win you had today below. (and feel free to come back here daily to share your win!)

Drop Your 3 Daily Non-Negotiables
Welcome to The Discipline Lab! The focus here is to simply stay disciplined when motivation becomes weakened. Some of you may already feel strongly disciplined, others may just be tapping into it. Either way, we're here to learn, support, and grow alongside each other. First things first, I want to hear your 3 daily non-negotiables. These are things that you HAVE to do every day no matter what happens. Here are mine: - Create 1 video of me talking to the camera - Journal for 10 minutes - Get 10,000 steps in Now it's your turn! What are your 3 daily non-negotiables?

Here’s mine: journaling. Story time! 👇🏼 Having graduated from university in May of 2023, there were several periods of time when I thought journaling could be helpful. I started to journal for a few weeks, then I stopped because it felt like I wasn’t “doing it right.” I would write about what I did during the day, and that was boring to me. It didn’t feel like it was doing anything or serving me in any sort of way. I would stop, then pick it back up, just to stop again. This happened several times over the last 2-3 years. But then I took a solo trip to Bali, Indonesia in January of 2026. During this trip, my mind kept spinning and I had thought after thought pop up. It got to a point where all these thoughts were making me feel very overwhelmed. I knew there had to be a way to process these thoughts with more clarity. That’s when I started this habit on January 13, 2026. It finally clicked for me: write my thoughts down. Clear the mind. Bring the thoughts to life. It hasn’t even been 2 months since I started, but I have not stopped because of the amount of mental clarity it has given me. This habit was and is truly life changing for me. I hope to hear that one habit that was life changing for you!
