If you ever thought, like me, "I don't react to poison oak. I've been running through it my whole life and never got a rash." I'm here to humbly tell you that it is true the more exposure you have, the more likely you are at some point to get it... bad... And it can take up to a week to experience the symptoms. In case you don't know what poison oak looks like. I'll attach a picture here. Remember: "Leaves of 3 let it be!" But sometimes it might just be a dry stick with no leaves that still have oil on it... The leaves can turn from green to red in Fall. Wishing you all the best from my oatmeal bath. Thankful for Urgent Care & Steriods. I am arranging for subs for my classes today.... and maybe tomorrow... Please join us in class and keep your own immune system strong as we enter Fall!
