dosing
I came off of zepbound 3 months ago. I was on it for over a year. I started reta 2 weeks ago and I'm not feeling much. I guess I'm not sure what dose to start at, or if I should have started higher with Triz experience. my starting dose was 5mg (unit) insulin syringe.

@Hunter Neely yes I'm doing 5mg weekly so starting pretty low. I just bumped up to 1mg to see if I feel it more and if working better. I read some people coming off of tries appetite. Need to up the dosage of reta when starting out. So I was trying to see if anyone else has experienced this. But thank you for your advice. I'm going to try to up it a little bit more and see what dose is good for me and also sticking to a good diet.
