1 contribution to 256 Ifa & Orisa Healing Temple
Welcome to the 256 Ifa & Orisa Healing Temple Community
Welcome to a sacred space created for healing, wisdom, empowerment, and spiritual growth. This community was founded by Chief Awosanmi Sekou Alaje as part of the global 256 Healing Arts movement a network dedicated to preserving, sharing, and activating the powerful wisdom of Ifa, the Orisa, our Ancestral traditions. Our mission is simple but powerful: Let your Health be your Wealth. Let Knowledge be your Power. Inside this community you will discover teachings, conversations, and practices designed to help you: - Deepen your understanding of Ifa and Orisa wisdom - Strengthen your connection to your ancestors - Learn powerful healing and spiritual practices - Grow alongside a supportive global spiritual community - Transform your life through the power of your Ori and the Orisa This is more than a community. It is a modern temple for spiritual elevation. A place where ancient wisdom meets modern seekers. A place where we come together to heal ourselves so we can heal our families, our communities, and our world. When You Join: Introduce Yourself To begin building our community, please share: 1. Your name and where you are joining from 2. What inspired you to join this community 3. One spiritual goal or intention you have for this year 4. Which Orisa is your favorite and why We are honored to have you here. Your presence matters. Your journey matters. Your healing contributes to the healing of the world. Welcome to the 256 Temple. – Chief Awosanmi Sekou Alaje 256 Ifa & Orisa Healing Temple Health Is Our Wealth • Knowledge Is Our Power

Aboru aboye abosise E kaaro Everyone! My name is Iya Toke (Remi) , I am in Brooklyn NY. I joined this community in an effort to reclaim my ancestral practices. One spiritual goal I have for this year is to be able learn more songs and be able to lead them confidently. I dont have a favorite orisa because they all have truly been supportive in the ways that me and my family have needed since starting my practice. They have different roles / characteristics and when I call on any they step in to provide every time. Pero, Obatala is my first Orisa so there is a bias and a special love there. I pray everyone has a blessed and safe Friday. Excited to be here with you all! 🤍
