This Is Where We Start Growing On Purpose 🌱
Rooted Minds isn’t just reflection. It’s practice. So moving forward, we’re building in rhythm: • A lesson • A simple action • A check-in Growth doesn’t happen from thinking alone. It happens from tending. This week’s practice: Plant something small. Even if it’s just intention. Comment “Planted” once you’ve done it. No details needed. Just commitment. Let’s grow with structure, not chaos.

@Dmarketin Darn Agency That means a lot, thank you. I’m building this intentionally and would love aligned support if that’s what you’re offering.😊
Plant Something With Me This Week 🌱
We’ve talked about soil. We’ve talked about noticing. We’ve talked about regulation. Now we move. This week, choose one: • Plant a literal seed • Repot something that’s rootbound • Step outside barefoot for 5 minutes • Water something that’s been neglected Then come back and tell us what you noticed. Not what grew. What shifted. Growth isn’t just internal here. We practice it. Who’s in?

Hello New Skooler
Hey, I checked out your Skool community. Nice start. You already have a clear angle, which most people don’t at this stage. How long has it been live?
Only about 2 day. 😊

@Eveln Japhet Honestly, right now I’m focusing more on tightening the structure and onboarding. I want the experience to feel intentional from day one. If someone joins and it feels scattered, they won’t stay long enough to care about what I’m building. So I’m building the foundation first. Clear flow. Clear path. Clear emotional entry point. Growth will come, but I’d rather grow into something solid than scramble to organize once people are already inside. Curious, when you were in your early phase, did you prioritize structure first or audience first?
Welcome to Rooted Minds 🌱
Welcome to Rooted Minds. This space exists for people who are rebuilding, stabilizing, or growing with intention. Rooted Minds centers nervous system regulation, psychology, and growth through nature. We focus on grounding before growth, awareness before action. You don’t need to perform here. You don’t need to be “fixed.” If you’re comfortable, introduce yourself below: • What brought you here • What you’re currently trying to ground or grow Quiet readers are welcome too. Poll question: Right now, I’m mostly…

I appreciate you sharing that, thank you. 🌱 Right now I’m being very intentional about staying close to the foundation and letting things unfold organically before bringing in outside support. That said, I do appreciate you thinking of me and passing it along.

I see a couple of us are rebuilding after burnout. 🌱 If that’s you, you’re not behind. You’re in a recovery season, and that still counts as growth. No need to explain or perform here. If you want to share, what’s one small thing you’re focusing on right now to steady yourself? And if you’re just observing, that’s welcome too.
A quiet check-in 🌿
Growth doesn’t always look like progress. Sometimes it looks like pausing. Sometimes it looks like noticing what’s tired. Sometimes it looks like choosing not to rush. Right now, I’m paying attention to what this space wants to become instead of forcing it into shape. Community, like a nervous system, responds better to safety than pressure. So I’m curious: • What are you tending in your life right now • What feels like it needs more space instead of more effort • And if growth isn’t the goal this week, what is You don’t have to share anything polished here. Even a word or an emoji is enough. We’re growing roots before branches 🌱
