Unreal Cold Email Outreach System
Hey everyone – currently generating around 150 booked calls weekly through cold email for a few clients. I’m now looking to gain some real consulting experience and help others build similar systems. Happy to do it for free if you’re interested. Just leave a comment and I’ll get started.

@James Shields few questions on this. 1. how many emails are having to be sent per week to get 150 calls per week? 2. Is this primarily local businesses that are being contacted? open to learning more.
Telegram trigger
If I have telegram as my trigger but say 2 different workflows for different things, I am thinking that I would need to make 2 different bots on telegram?

@Heidi Ross Whats your use case? depending on what your trying to accomplish or do you could possibly build an agent swarm where where one orchestrator agent manages sub agents. For example my Executive administrative agent handles my emails, calendars, tasks, etc. but then I have a totally different bot for my fitness but it manages my personall training bot, nutritionist bot, tracking bot, etc. Happy to share some guidance if you can provide more details on the use case?

@Heidi Ross got it. Then ya it just depends on what you need and your use case. Lots of ways to accomplish something but for us personally each department has an orchestrator agent that runs sub agents. Then we just communicate with the department head bot and it does what we need it to.
Multi calendar agent
Anyone built a calendar agent that can do the following 1. schedule on multiple calendars 2. Change the color of the event on a certain calendar based on what the meeting is for? Try g to figure this out because I work off my personal calendar that is color coded but then I have a family calendar as well.

@Smart Luke there isnt a time zone parameter. you have to set the time zone in the workflow settings. Found that out.
ZEP Alternative or workaround?
Hey everyone I was about to setup zep and use for the long term memorry becuase I liked the relational graph it creates and pulls from. However I saw in the comments that the integration is no longer supported. Wanted to see what everyone is using for long term memory and what you recommend. Thanks!

The Easiest & Cheapest Way I’ve Found to Host n8n
🚀 After trying different ways to self-host n8n, I think I’ve finally found the most affordable, beginner-friendly, and headache-free option. Spoiler: it’s Hostinger VPS. I’ve tried running n8n locally (too slow, too messy), tested Render (hours wasted setting env variables just to pay $7 for 0.5 CPU and 512 MB RAM — barely usable), and gave Elestio and Railway a shot (not bad, but more technical, tricky pricing, and, eventually, more time-consuming). In the end, Hostinger was an offer I “couldn’t refuse”: the $5 plan already gives you 1 vCPU + 4 GB RAM, and the $7 plan doubles that to 2 vCPU + 8 GB RAM — which outperforms Render’s $85 “Pro” tier by miles. The setup was straightforward, and honestly, the value speaks for itself. 👉 Want the step-by-step video guide on how to get started on Hostinger? Just drop a comment or DM me. 💬 Curious — where are you hosting your n8n instance right now, and how’s it been treating you?

We did hostinger as well but kept having issues with different connections saying hostinger hasn’t been verified. So we switched to digital ocean. Way better and technically cheaper price for the server size.

@Jantore Suleimenov for us the setup process was very similar. Digital ocean has a super easy connection but I also recognize that ive been in the tech world for a long time and we have developers on staff. So wants simple to us may not be simple to others. Our next step is to buy our own servers and setup at the warehouse and host directly on that.
