Hi everyone! I am Kay, a coach and creator. I relocated to rural mid-coast Maine last September, now living on a big piece of land at the end of a long dirt road. Maine has two state mottos, one of them is “the way life should be.“ That’s how it feels to be here. One brave thing I’m doing is facilitating on what I’ve learned, offering workshops on creativity, well-being, and the benefits of pouring from a full cup.
