This is so good!! This week I’m focused on refining and positioning my entrepreneurial offer. I’m already helping clients fix their credit, but I’ve realized that when business owners come to me, I tend to only offer credit services when they actually need more—full funding strategy and positioning. I think I’ve been holding back from confidently selling the package they truly need. So now I’m stepping into that and building out a “Fix It, Position It, Get Funded” program specifically for entrepreneurs, where I help them clean up their credit, structure their business properly, and position them for funding. I’m also working on making it an application-based program, so the right clients can qualify for that higher level of support and be fully prepared to access funding.

Hey! I have a question—if two individuals are going into business together and both need guidance on structuring their business properly for funding and coaching on their personal credit to be positioned correctly, would you recommend charging one combined mentorship fee for both of them, or should each person be charged separately since they each require individual credit coaching and guidance?
