BOOTS ON THE GROUND FOR R V PARK The Investor and I will had a face to face meeting and clear terms was agreed upon and sign agreement was obtained; this protects me and the Investor to ensures expectations are aligned and prevent misunderstandings about payment, responsibility and liability. Investor: John Smith BOG Rep: Kay C Address: 123 main St, GA Scope of work:- Rep agrees to provide the following services. - Visit the property in person. - Take photos and /or videos of property - Observe site conditions, occupancy and Utilities (visual only) - Speak with manager or Tenants only as permitted. - Review surrounding area. - Provide a written report of findings. Bog Rep will not: Provide professional Inspection,( electrical, plumbing, septic or structural. Provide legal , financial or zoning services. Guarantee future performance of the property. Reform repairs or physical labour. Enter unsafe area or engage in confrontational situations. Compensation : Investor agrees to pay flat fee of $400 plus milage/ travel fee. per visit. They will an rate for additional task not orginally included. Written report is submitted after every visit and monies are disbursed.
