I need some guidance on a prject I am currently working on for an accounting practice. They have about 4 locations and are in taking too many calls and are looking for an AI voice receptionist to handle all their calls. I created a VAPI voice receptionist for them, the problem is it hallucinates as it has too many tool calls, I then thought of creating a team of voice agents each with a specific task such as booking agent, updating tasks, etc. The problem is the accounting firm is looking for a cheaper option, and I started working with Livekit. They have thousands of recorded calls for me to use to update into the knowledge base of an agent. I really need some guidance from anyone on where to start with this, if they have used livekit before? recorded calls and how to train an agent on them? Honestly on where to start with this project, as I am thinking of taking this and going to other accounting firms as they are giving me a lot of data to train this voice ai agent.

Hey everyone! I just launched an AI voice receptionist for a restaurant using VAPI + n8n that takes phone orders and automatically pushes them to their Clover POS. The client loves it but has two concerns: Problem #1: Regulars & Older CustomersSome regulars and older generation customers prefer speaking to a real person. My Solution: Running a 1-2 week test using VAPI's call transfer feature or DTMF function (press 0 for live person). Will monitor feedback and adjust. Problem #2: UberEats/DoorDash Phone Verification (BIGGER ISSUE)When an order comes in, they must click "Accept" in the app. If they don't, Uber/DoorDash calls their line 3 times to notify them. If no one accepts after the 3rd call, the order gets auto-canceled. Current Idea: Keep two separate phone lines (one for AI, one for delivery platforms) to avoid missing critical notifications. But this feels clunky. My Question:Has anyone dealt with delivery platform phone verifications while running an AI receptionist? Looking for solutions that don't require dual lines or risk missing orders. Any insights would be hugely appreciated! 🙏

Hey everyone I am making a voice receptionist for a Montessori. The owner wants the voice receptionist to only work after business hours how would I do this. Do I have to do this within twilio or VAPI. Also they already have a school number and would just want a simple call forward setup from that number to my twilio number. If anybody can tell me how to do this and walk me through it maybe if you have the time it would be great.

Ive made this apollo lead scraper workflow from a tutorial on youtube and I am using my test url to listen for the test event on n8n. When I click the box to make a check mark in the Airtable column "Start Lead Generation". My webhook test event doesn't return anything and still says listening for test event. Even though in my automation in Airtable it says it was a success. Ive attached pictures, if anyone could give me some insight it would be greatly appreciated. My webhook Url works as I have amde voice receptionists with VAPI and Retell and connected it with n8n and they work like a charm.

I wasj ust wondering if anybody has made the exact same workflow as brendan but in n8n and with vapi instead of retell and make. I am trying to make a voice receptionist by thus thursday and I really need help if anybody can let me know it would be much appreciated it.
