Am I the only one…
Who would rather drink nail polish remover than yap? If you don’t know what I’m talking about, consider yourself blessed. The rest of you, wtf is going on?! 🤯 You can run a highly successful business without ever doing video. You do not have to pay someone to teach you how to go live. The insanity.

I love Yapping - I would rather show up and Yapping than prerecord lol. I’ve been Yapping since Periscope days - remember those?
Story time! (You will love it)
In 1986 a physicist sat in a hearing about the Challenger explosion. The engineers had brought charts, temperature data, probability models, stacks of it. Feynman reached over, dropped a small rubber O-ring into his glass of ice water, fished it out and squeezed. It didn't spring back. That was the entire explanation. A room drowning in data and the thing everyone finally understood - the reason for the explosion - was a piece of rubber in a cup. That's exactly what's wrong with your copy. You think it isn't landing because you need a sharper hook or a better word or more polish. You don't. You're writing in fog. "Feeling overwhelmed." "Struggling to show up." "Ready for a breakthrough." Nobody sees anything. Nobody feels anything. Nobody believes a fucking word of it, because there's nothing in it to believe. 😬 The woman who is actually drowning does not recognize herself as "overwhelmed." She's read that word 10,000 times a day and it slides right off her. She recognizes herself in the toast she buttered and couldn't eat. In the shower she's standing in at 5 pm because it's the only room in the house nobody bothers her in. In the text from her sister she's been staring at for four days. That's the ice water. That's the one concrete thing that makes a person stop and think, "Oh god that's me." What the fog costs you: The email that says "overwhelmed" gets opened and closed and forgotten by lunch. The email that talks about cold toast gets the reply that says, "How did you know?" Same reader. Same inbox. One of them felt seen and one of them felt sold to. So next time you reach for a feeling word, don't describe the feeling. Describe the one specific thing the person was doing while they had it. 👈 The uneaten toast. The unanswered text. The shower at 5 pm. Then get out of the way and let them (CRITICAL!) supply the emotion themselves. That's not a copywriting trick. That's the craft. Go find the ice water in your next email.

@Rebecca T Dickson bullshit slayer that who 😜
Your list isn't dead. It's bored.
You're running the same email everyone runs. The question opener. The three bullets. The "just following up." Your reader has seen that shape 100,000 times and their thumb starts moving before their brain reads a word. I built the fix. 👉 And it's already yours. 👈 The Email Codex is the email already engineered. The hook that filters out the wrong people. The truth that makes the right ones go "oh, that's me." You fill in one worksheet, hand it to Claude or ChatGPT, and get back an email people actually finish. It's built for high-ticket, $3K and up, sold to people who can smell marketing a mile off. But it works for anything you sell. 💥 I used it to sell THIS to my cold list. 💥 It's in the classroom right now. No charge, it comes with being in here. (You're welcome.) Go grab it, run it on your next email, then come back and tag me with what it wrote. I want to read them all!

Not bad for a very lazy half ass filled worksheet - it’s brilliant - love your codex - this needs to be paid low ticket product - just saying. Subject: the mistake in every “buy now” webinar My daughter Veronika got engaged last week. I keep replaying the moment he asked. Not because it was dramatic, but because of everything that had to happen before it could work. Years of dinners. Fights and repairs. A hundred small moments where they each learned they could trust the other one. By the time he got down on one knee, the answer was already yes. The proposal wasn’t the moment of persuasion. It was just the formality. That’s exactly what’s missing from your workshops and summit talks. You think your session didn’t convert because your content wasn’t good enough, or your slides needed work, or you needed a stronger close. It’s none of that. You’ve been proposing to strangers. You teach for forty five minutes, deliver real value, then ask them to trust you with their money in the same breath. No shared history. No proof they can act on what you taught. No moment where they got to feel, in their own hands, that this works. You’re asking for the wedding on the first date and calling it a launch strategy. They don’t say no because they doubt you. They say no because nobody says yes to a proposal from someone they just met. Think about the last three summits or workshops you spoke at. Real interest in the room. People nodding, taking notes, telling you afterward how much they needed to hear this. Then almost nobody bought. Not because they didn’t believe you. Because you never gave them a way to believe themselves first. Mini Project Ideas Architect gives you three ready-made mini project concepts, plus an interactive tool your audience actually uses during your talk. Not more teaching. A small win they experience live, in real time, that proves to them (not to you) that this works. That’s the moment before the proposal. That’s what turns a nodding room into a buying one.

I need to find it in my email
I'm late, as usual
But please join us Tuesday, June 23 at 2 pm ET. Katya has an awesome workshop to share with us on how you can "Build the One 90-Minute Experience That Turns Rooms Into Revenue." Most webinars, workshops, and summit talks fail because information alone no longer creates belief. Katya's Mini-Project Magic™ was built for the trust recession - where people trust what they experience. In this workshop, you'll gain clarity on what could be your own mini-project - and exactly how to monetize it. You’ll leave with: - An idea for your own Mini-Project - An idea for the companion interactive tool that brings it to life - And a new lens on why people trust what they experience more than what they’re told https://us02web.zoom.us/j/82319163043
