Google Profile Disabled
One of my clients, (HRG Services Ltd) is having an issue with their Google Business Profile, the video verification was rejected due to the first video not fitting what we required, they attempted a second video by opening the office site but we don't have any signage there as it's just an office area, our accounts team are based there. Since trying the second video our account has been disabled. We appealed this and uploaded our Company's House registration to this location but this was denied and our account remains disabled. Due to the account being disabled we are no longer able to edit to just be an "SAB", when the appeal was denied we were told we would receive an opportunity to upload another video (Tuesday 26th March) but this still hasn't come through yet. I'm going to send an email over to businesssupport@google.com and also into the Google Community Forum in hopes of an expert taking pity on us! Will update things as I go but any advise or recommendations would be greatly appreciated!!

Hi Guys! Sorry for the disappearance, I hadn't had chance to give the profile proper attention and didn't want to rush anything and mess it up! So...the profile is now active but with the previous address and it was saying that there were errors that until fixed we couldn't make changes. We were just happy people cold leave review again and that we weren't showing as permanently closed!! So my very helpful Google Community person sent me the link for requesting an additional review: https://support.google.com/business/contact/local_appeals (Incase anyone needs it) and I'm given 2 options for verifying prior to this when I go to the Google Business Profile page...verify with a phone code (Doesn't work with our 0800 number) or the video... The problem being...we still don't have the things they want for the video and although I updated it to service based and a new address, until verified it isn't changing it! I've asked my Google Community person for his suggestion...I'm wondering if I need to drive one of our vans in uniform down to the old address to get the video but the sign isn't there anymore and I don't have a key or the right to walk in 😂

That's really helpful Zane, I have been given the option to verify it when adding another email address onto the account...this is letting me do a video if I want to...Do you know, is there a risk of the profile being shut down from this or just the email address rejected from the account?
