EXHAUSTION anyone else? 🤯 my visit to the Naturopath 📖
hey guys!! hope you're having a great weekend! I wanted to share an update here with something I've been going through in case it resonates with you. I went to a Naturopath for the first time ever last Monday and she also used a tuning fork on me (omg the experience was incredible) come to find out that my thyroid, adrenal glands and general nervous system are SCREAMING out for support right now so I'm taking a bunch of new vitamins and I've found out a lot of sensitivities my body has towards foods (basically everything in the American diet I'm not supposed to eat lolol gluten, dairy, caffeine, food dyes, refined sugar, EVEN PEANUT BUTTER GUYS) 🍔🥜🍟 Besides for vitamins and diet stuff 💊 - I've been releasing a bunch of stuck energy from that tuning fork session and holy cow am I tired lol The day after the tuning fork session I was a BITCH omg like PMS x1987593748972349833 and I asked my Naturopath about it & she was like oh yes that's totally normal when you're open & connected to spirit...you fast track healing and releasing - (it's termed a healing hangover) well I'm STILL feeling it and trying to integrate & keep up with life and I know that there's light at the end of the tunnel - but I'm so freaking tired & I can't channel for Cosmic Case Files right now but hoping I can channel into the latest case in a few days. I'm just resting and preparing myself for the clients I have (which is super limited anyway!) and for the mentorship that starts this Thursday! so that's a little bit of what's been going on with me & I have some questions for you... ➡️ Have you ever been to a Naturopath? Were you surprised about some of your food sensitivities? What helped you during a HEALING hangover?? lol ➡️ what about tuning forks - have you used them? holy cow they're powerful ➡️ any questions about the upcoming mentorship? we do have 4 spots left! I visited a local mystic and she did a full 3 hour energy healing on me. When she would bring out the tuning fork I literally felt like my soul was gonna pop out of my body. My Arcturian guides will also often work on my aura and I swear every time they do I will dip in my mood, like all these negative emotions and self-limiting beliefs come out to be purged. It's not fun haha. I find myself eating less and less as things go on with them and becoming more sensitive to foods. Our food is so dense, it gets harder and harder for our bodies, when exposed to their frequencies, to sustain it. Rest and water until you stabilize 🤍💚

🛸 It was real all this time...
Hi everyone! I'm new here. My experiences began with sleep paralysis and vivid dreams battling reptilians. In 2021, I received a name in a meditation and began drawing a long blonde-haired ET guardian who was assisting me in healing my inner child. The spiritual attacks got worse... and I ran away from everything paranormal and alien for 5 years, writing it off as my imagination. This past fall I was going to give up on my art for good. I felt invisible and very lost in life... In December, I found myself face to face with that same blonde-haired ET in a waking dream... he told me I was extroadinary and that I had great purpose and frankly, he was done with watching me abandon myself. I thought all this time he was a figment of my imagination so I was in hardcore denial for months after. His presence never left, contact continues, and what followed is truly unbelievable. There is a lot of fear in coming out, but I'm very slowly sharing my story publicly, as well as things I'm learning from him and the Akashic Records on my instagram through my art. I'm excited to have found this space and look forward to connecting! 🫶🏻🛸

Hi everyone! I'm Katrina, an ET contactee. My story is quite unbelievable and I was led to Christine's podcast which helps me tremendously with the self-doubt and the courage to "Come out Cosmic" LOL. I've spent many days crying asking if I'm crazy (and I grew up on the paranormal and it still hasn't sunk in) I quit my full time corporate job a few weeks ago to pursue artwork, akashic record readings, and focus on this activation full time because my ET guide told me to 🙃 I am hoping to get over this shock soon so I can start helping others through their awakening 💙

@Monica VerSteeg Yes, I learned that he is my counterpart and twin soul, meaning we both share the same higher self that split into feminine/masculine upon our soul's origin. Basically what people call a twin flame lol but much older. He said this used to be very rare but is becoming more common with the planetary shift. An ET partner will stay stationed on a ship while the other comes down here.
