Help! I bought NAD+ 10ml through Jade but I have no idea what to use to calculate my dosage. It says it’s 500mg but also says 100mg/ml. It wasn’t a peptide it was premixed. Wish I could add a screen shot from their website to bite to better explain.

I took my first dose of Cargi .25 yesterday evening. My tirz dose is due today ( I split dose into 2 x a week). After reading so many peoples experiences with Cargi on reddit I wish I would have started at a smaller dose. I also know it can take 1 to 3 days before it "kicks" in and I definitely don't feel it yet. I'm worried about how sick some people can feel ( nausea, vomiting, fatigue) so now I'm scared to take the tirz since I know the Cargi hasn't kicked in yet. I have a big event Saturday and am feeling worried but also don't want to mess up my progress.
