Sweet tea friends, as the day starts to slow down, let’s come back to today’s Summer Transition Tea Blend. This morning, we talked about easing from spring into summer with a little more intention, refreshment, and support. Not rushing into the next season. Not forcing a brand-new routine. 𝗧𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆’𝘀 𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝑯𝒊𝒃𝒊𝒔𝒄𝒖𝒔 for bright, cooling refreshment 𝑳𝒆𝒎𝒐𝒏 𝒃𝒂𝒍𝒎 for calm and emotional balance 𝑷𝒆𝒑𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒕 for cooling clarity 𝑹𝒐𝒔𝒆𝒉𝒊𝒑𝒔 for nourishment and brightness 𝑮𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒆𝒓 for warmth, digestion, and balance This tea has such a beautiful summer-transition feeling because it reminds us that change can be both refreshing and grounding. Sometimes a new season asks us to release old pressure. Sometimes it invites us to create a softer rhythm. Sometimes it reminds us to drink more water, rest more often, get outside, or simplify what we keep carrying. Tonight, take a few minutes and reflect 🌿 What season am I transitioning out of? ☀️ What season am I stepping into? 🌺 What do I want to refresh in my wellness rhythm? 💜 What am I ready to release? 🫖 What small summer ritual would support me? I know what it's like. You wake up and immediately feel behind. Your mind is already racing through the day's to-do list. Your body feels tight. BIG NEWS: My New Morning Wellness Routine! 🌱
Good morning, beautiful souls! ☀️ 𝗜 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝗺𝗮𝗷𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁. After years of studying herbs and wellness, I’ve decided to completely change my morning routine. Starting today, I am no longer drinking tea or water. Instead, I will be going out into my backyard at 5:00 AM, burying my feet in the dirt, and simply 𝕡𝕙𝕠𝕥𝕠𝕤𝕪𝕟𝕥𝕙𝕖𝕤𝕚𝕫𝕚𝕟𝕘 with my houseplants for energy. 🪴☀️ I figure if my pothos plant can thrive on just sunlight and vibes, so can I! I'll let you know how my leaves are coming along next week. ... ... ... 𝗛𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗬 𝗔𝗣𝗥𝗜𝗟 𝗙𝗢𝗢𝗟𝗦' 𝗗𝗔𝗬! 🤣🌿 Could you imagine?!
