🎤 JUST SAY IT JANUARY — DAY ONE: SAY THE TRUTH YOU’VE BEEN AVOIDING IN YOUR BUSINESS
Your business is built on your voice. And your voice cannot lead this year if you are still whispering around the truth. Today we start with the repetition most entrepreneurs avoid: ✨ Say the business truth you’ve been avoiding saying out loud. The truth about: • your offer • your pricing • your content • your clients • your burnout • your inconsistency • your desire for more • your fear of visibility • the identity you’ve outgrown Most of you don’t lack clarity. You lack permission to tell the truth. 🎥 DAY 1 PROMPT: “What truth about your business or visibility have you been avoiding saying out loud?” Say it once. Say it clearly. Let your voice reset your year. Extra practice: When you record your video, name one small action you’ll take in the next 24 hours to honor what you just said. Drop your Day 1 video below. 👇🏽

🥰 Why Holding Money Feels Hard (And How to Practice It)
This is a follow-up post to the conversation we started here👇🏽 https://www.skool.com/the-out-loud-school-1319/holding-money-without-spiraling?p=3e895a3f I want to simplify something I named earlier. When I say “holding money,” I don’t mean saving perfectly or getting it right. I mean this: Can you let money sit without reacting to it? Most people who struggle with money are not bad with money. They are not irresponsible. They are not failing. They simply don’t feel safe letting things sit. For many of us, money was unpredictable. It came and went. So the body learned this rule: If it’s here now, use it. If you don’t move it, something bad will. That’s not logic. That’s conditioning. And this shows up everywhere, not just with money. If you don’t feel safe letting money sit, you probably rush decisions. You rush conversations. You rush your VOICE. You say things too fast or you swallow them. You spend before you pause. You move before you choose. Same pattern. 🧠 A SAY IT OUT LOUD belief to try on Say this out loud and notice what your body does: “I can let this sit and respond to what’s actually here.” You’re not trying to believe it forever. You’re just trying it on. Notice where you tense. Notice where you soften. That information matters. A simple, visible practice...this week, try one small pause. When money comes in, choose a small amount and do nothing with it for 24 hours. Don’t move it. Don’t spend it. Don’t mentally assign it a job. Just let it sit. You’re not practicing saving. You’re practicing staying. And then notice: What happens in your body when money sits? What happens in your body when your voice does? That’s the connection. This is why we practice saying things out loud here. Because learning to pause without panic changes everything. Stay with it.

🧘‍♀️ When “Busy” Feels Safer Than Stillness
Sometimes the body doesn’t say “I’m anxious.” It says: “I need to clean my house right now.” Or: “Let me just send one more email.” Or: “If I can get through this list, then I’ll finally rest.” That’s not just busyness. That's your nervous system trying to protect you. When the body senses uncertainty, it craves control. Movement feels safer than stillness. Doing feels safer than feeling. So we rush, plan, multitask, and perform as a way of self-soothing. It’s how our system stays up, because slowing down would mean actually hearing what’s underneath: the fear, the grief, the exhaustion. But over time, that kind of “go-go-go” becomes its own kind of chaos. The body eventually says, “enough.” It might show up as headaches, fatigue, irritability, or that weird emotional flatline where you can’t tell if you’re tired or just done. If this feels familiar, try saying this out loud: 🗣️ “I don’t need to earn safety through productivity.” 🗣️ “Doing less doesn’t make me lazy, it makes me regulated.” Let that sink in. Let your body catch up to your ambition. Sometimes the most radical form of visibility is being seen in your rest. 💬 Prompt: What’s one thing your body has been trying to tell you, but you keep drowning it out with “busy”? 🗣️ Say it out loud below. No fixing. Just noticing.

🧘🏽‍♀️ Protect Your Energy Like It’s Sacred
I just received a nasty two-minute voice note on IG from someone calling Indians deceitful and racist. And you know what I did? I didn’t listen to it. I transcribed it instead because I didn’t want the energy of that person’s voice anywhere near my body, my mind, or my energy field. You don’t have to let everything in just because it’s sent to you. You don’t have to “be nice” or “hear people out” when the vibration is clearly meant to harm or destabilize you. Protecting your energy is not avoidance. It’s discernment. It’s saying, “I choose what gets access to my nervous system.” Because the truth is, your nervous system is not a dumping ground for other people’s unprocessed emotions. As you grow louder, clearer, and more visible, some people will not like you. They’ll misunderstand you, project onto you, and try to make you the container for their discomfort. That’s not your problem to fix. You are not responsible for other people’s reactions to your truth, your culture, your tone, or your presence. Stop consuming things that make you feel like shit. Stop giving attention to energy that lowers your frequency. You get to decide what you let in, and what you leave out. That is not spiritual bypassing, that is nervous system regulation. It’s how you stay in your power. The lesson here is simple. You can be visible and boundaried. You can speak truth and stay grounded. You can stay open-hearted without being wide open to everything. You can move through the world with love and still say, “Not this energy. Not today.” That’s not weakness. That’s mastery. That’s how you keep your peace intact while you lead. ✨ Reflection Prompt: Where have you been letting unwanted energy in through people, content, or conversations, that your nervous system didn’t consent to? What would it look like to protect your energy like it’s sacred this week?

📅 Oct 23: Call #2 — AMPLIFY SESSION (Replay)
If you missed today’s Amplify session, we went deep into what it really takes to grab attention and make your message land, not from strategy, but from truth. We practiced finding that one line that makes your audience stop scrolling — not because it’s clever, but because it’s real. You could literally feel the shift when someone stopped performing and started speaking from their body! 🔥 Key Takeaway: A great hook isn’t about getting attention. It’s about transferring energy — your truth, your emotion, your conviction — in the first few seconds. Your audience doesn’t respond to perfect words. They respond to resonance. ✨ Reflection Prompt: What’s one truth you’ve been sitting on that deserves to be said out loud, even if it makes you slightly uncomfortable?
