โšก The 24-Hour Capacity Shift Challenge
Many people spend their days collecting evidence that they're overwhelmed, exhausted, stressed, or falling behind. For the next 24 hours, let's look for something different. ### Step 1: Choose Your New Identity Complete this sentence: I am someone who ____________________. Examples: โ€ข I am someone who can handle pressure calmly. โ€ข I am someone who recovers quickly. โ€ข I am someone who protects my energy. โ€ข I am someone who feels safe in my own body. โ€ข I am someone who has the capacity for what life is asking of me. ### Step 2: Give Your Brain A Target Say: "Brain, show me evidence that this is true." ### Step 3: Collect The Evidence Throughout the day, look for proof. Not perfection. Proof. Maybe you paused before reacting. Maybe you took a deep breath when you felt stressed. Maybe you said no to something that would have drained you. Maybe you rested without feeling guilty. Maybe you handled a challenge better than you would have a month ago. Every time you notice one of these moments, simply say: Evidence. ### Step 4: Take One Capacity-Building Action Ask yourself: "What would someone with a regulated nervous system do right now?" Then take one small action. Drink water. Go for a walk. Take three slow breaths. Step away from your screen. Ask for help. Choose rest. ### Step 5: Report Back Tomorrow Before you go to sleep, complete this sentence: Today, I saw evidence that I am someone who ____________________. Then remind yourself: If this is already starting, tomorrow I get to expect more. ๐Ÿ‘‡ What identity are you choosing for the next 24 hours? And when you come back tomorrow, share the evidence you found. Sometimes the smallest signs of progress are the ones that matter most.
