As I said, I’m Katie 🌿 I’m a Reiki Master Teacher, a mother of 3 very wild — but incredibly loving — boys, and I’m married to my best friend, Russell. Together we own our Reiki practice, Heart & Soul Reiki and Apothecary. I’m currently taking a medicinal herbalism course to deepen my love and knowledge of plants, holistic healing, and living as naturally and intentionally as possible. Although I’ve always felt spiritually connected since I was a child, I lost my way for a while. About 3 years ago, I experienced a deep awakening that completely changed my life, and I’ve been on a healing and self-discovery journey ever since. During that time, I found a Skool community where I could ask questions, share experiences, and connect with others who understood what I was going through. It became a safe space filled with like-minded souls — somewhere I could turn when I needed support, guidance, or simply to feel less alone. Eventually, that group came to an end because the woman who created it was being called toward a bigger path of her own. But the feeling that community gave me stayed with me, and it inspired me to create this space. My hope for the Heart & Soul Collective is to build a warm, welcoming community where people feel safe being themselves — whether you’re newly awakened, deeply spiritual, energy-sensitive, curious about Reiki or divination, building a homestead, learning herbalism, or simply searching for connection with others who understand. I truly believe we were never meant to navigate this journey alone 💗
