Warming up the space.
Good morning! Something I see so much value in, is community. In this community we get to be in a place where we support each other, gain insights and even feel inspired by one another. In this community space, it's a great place to see who is experiencing The Reset Room. I hope that creates excitement and a reminder that you aren't here alone, we've got you! I think it's important for people to experience wellness in a way that isn't what people think it's suppose to be. I think typically, there's a lot of shoulds...I should go to the gym 5 times a week, I should do xyz because it's blasted on social media... I think you should listen to your body and mind and support it in a way that's best for you! To me, wellness is about mind body connection. Learning to connect the two can be the biggest challenge yet and your best wellness secret weapon. Sure, you can go to the gym aaannnnnddddd, you can sit in your place of comfort and create your own personal workout with meditation today. I'd love to know, how do you want to live out your best health and wellness?

I'm so sorry about your foot and the challenges of life right now. Being able to continue self care in stillness is so important and I hope it supports you in the way you need right now.

Thank you for your share, Laura! The spring air is so incredible and I love pausing and taking in the full dynamic of it, it's freshness, light scent and feeling of freshness. I'm so glad you mentioned how you carry small actions for your overall benefit. Yes! We are creatures that love instant gratification (even if the choice is poor, we still get instant gratification), yet sometimes those choices are not beneficial for the long term. What we choose now matters, big or small. I hope this week brings you bursts of movement that refreshes you and even more color in the spring surroundings. I'm so happy to have you here!
