Decision 6: When and How I Show Up I’ve designed an owner presence schedule that gives members clarity without requiring constant availability. 💭 MY PRESENCE AND SUPPORT DECISIONS When does the owner usually respond? Within a day or two for ordinary posts and questions, rather than immediately. Responses can be grouped into planned community check-ins. Where should questions be posted? In the main community discussion area or the category that best fits the member’s current situation, with one specific example whenever possible. Which activities receive direct feedback? Pattern-sharing posts, first practice reps, requests for help identifying a clue or next move, and situations where a member appears stuck or is trying to apply the method. When does live support happen? During scheduled challenges, workshops, or occasional live sessions when a topic would benefit from deeper practice or shared discussion. Where is peer support encouraged? In practice posts, wins/evidence discussions, shared pattern examples, and places where members can reflect on what they recognize in one another’s experiences. How should urgent matters be handled? The community is not designed for urgent or crisis support. Members should use appropriate professional, medical, or emergency resources when immediate help is needed. ✨ MY OWNER PARTICIPATION SCHEDULE 1. Owner activity Guide the week: Set the weekly practice focus, post the Weekly Practice Prompt, and give one short example or bit of context. Frequency once weekly Time container 20-30 minutes Intended result Members know what to notice or practice that week and have one clear, manageable way to begin. ────────── 2. Owner activity Respond, recognize, and redirect: Review member posts and comments, respond where useful, recognize meaningful progress, and help members identify one next step when they’re stuck. Frequency 2-3 brief check-ins each week Time container 15-20 mins per check-in Intended result Members feel heard and supported, useful reps are reinforced, and people who are stuck get enough direction to keep moving.
